Key Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

Record financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and other financial activities.

Ensure all financial transactions are correctly classified and posted to the appropriate accounts.

Invoicing:

Generate and send invoices to clients promptly and accurately.

Verify invoices for completeness and accuracy before issuance.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.

Bank Reconciliation

Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances in a timely manner.

Maintain a explicit and organized record of all banking transactions.

GST and TDS Compliance

Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.

Ensure accurate calculation and deduction of TDS from various payments.





File TDS returns within the prescribed deadlines.

Financial Reporting

Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Provide regular financial reports to management for decision-making.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Compliance and Documentation

Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

Maintain organized and well-documented financial records for audit and compliance purposes.

Assist in annual audits and liaise with auditors as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

8 to 10 years in the field of accounting / should be comfortable with Tally ERP
