Key Responsibilities

1. Day-to-day bookkeeping and journal entries in SAP/Tally, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all transactions.
2. Ledger reconciliation across debtors, creditors, banks, and inter-company accounts.
3. GST compliance return filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 2B reconciliation), e-way bills, input tax credit management, and handling the bill-to/ship-to GST structure.
4. TDS computation, deduction, return filing, and certificate issuance.
5. Assist with monthly/quarterly MIS, variance analysis, and management reporting.
6. Support annual audit and statutory compliance.
7. Vendor and distributor payment processing and follow-ups. Maintain clean documentation and audit trails.

Requirements

1. M.Com/CA Intermediate (both groups cleared) or CA Finalist. 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience,



ideally in a trading/distribution or FMCG setup.
2. Strong working knowledge of GST (including multi-entity structures), TDS, and Income Tax basics.
3. Advanced Excel — VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data cleaning, and MIS preparation.
4. Experience with SAP B1 or Tally ERP is preferred.
5. Meticulous with reconciliations, comfortable handling high-volume transactional data.
6. Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.

Good to Have

1. Exposure to import/customs documentation or foreign-currency transactions.
2. Familiarity with Amazon/marketplace seller accounting.
3. Comfort working with data tools or willingness to learn AI-assisted workflows.
