Role Description The Senior Account Manager – Manufacturing Unit will oversee key client accounts within the manufacturing sector, ensuring consistent service delivery and strong relationship management. This on-site contract role, based in Gurugram, involves coordinating compliance, tax, and advisory services for manufacturing clients, including monitoring regulatory deadlines, reviewing documentation, and supporting statutory filings.

The role includes collaborating with internal tax, advisory, and legal teams to address client queries, identify process improvements, and ensure alignment with evolving regulations.

The Senior Account

Manager will analyze client requirements, prepare regular account performance updates, and support strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and risk management for manufacturing clients.



The position also requires proactive stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and maintaining high standards of professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong account management, client relationship handling, and stakeholder coordination skills within manufacturing or related sectors.
- Candidates should possess skills in taxation, compliance oversight, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Income Tax, GST, and corporate filings.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis, reporting, and basic budgeting or cost monitoring relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and process improvement, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Relevant experience (typically 5+ years) in account management, professional services, manufacturing finance, or consulting will be beneficial.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CA, MBA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools, as well as the ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment, will be beneficial.
