Should be a team player who can manage an in-house team of talented individuals to get the best out of them.

Work closely with the internal team, clients, and agency partners on the social media content and execution front.

Manage all client social media accounts.

A strategic and creative thinker who can come up with creative ideas

Staying updated with digital trends and industry news.

Managing a good agency-client relationship.

Conduct performance meetings with clients once every fortnight to track the progress and discuss the way forward.

Responsible for drafting strategies for the steady growth of client's social media accounts in terms of reach, engagement,



and community size. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

Excellent knowledge of all top social media channels

Should have a sound knowledge of paid ad campaigns (Social and AdWords)

Should have worked on brands across industries

Great leadership skills and a team player

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
