Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Academic Counsellor / Teaching Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in student counselling, admissions, teaching, and parent engagement, with the ability to guide students towards the right academic and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide academic and career counselling to students and parents.
- Handle admissions and convert enquiries into enrollments.
- Conduct counselling sessions, presentations, and seminars.
- Guide students on course selection and career pathways.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Coordinate with faculty and the admissions team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain student records, reports, and counselling data.
- Achieve admission and counselling targets.

Eligibility




- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years in Academic Counselling, Teaching, Student Counselling, or Admissions.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
