Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant / Chartered Accountant based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves handling audit and assurance engagements, including planning, execution, documentation, and reporting in line with applicable standards. The team member will assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, tax computations, and returns for direct and indirect taxes, as well as support assessments and tax-related queries.

Daily responsibilities include performing analytical reviews, maintaining working papers, coordinating with clients for information, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role also includes contributing to management consultancy assignments, such as process reviews,



internal controls evaluations, and financial analysis, while collaborating with colleagues and partners to deliver high-quality client service.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in audit and assurance, including planning, execution, documentation, and understanding of accounting and auditing standards.

Candidates should possess competencies in direct tax and indirect tax, including tax computation, return filing, and familiarity with relevant statutes and regulations.

Candidates should possess abilities in management consultancy, such as financial analysis, process review, and evaluation of internal controls.

Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and the use of accounting and tax-related software tools.

Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Candidates should possess the ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a structured setting.

Semi Qualified Chartered Accountants (completed CA Intermediate/IPCC) or Qualified Chartered Accountants, with relevant experience in practice or industry, are preferred.
