Role Description The Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant – Risk Advisory role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sector 2. The role involves supporting risk assessments, internal audits, and control evaluations across various business processes and industries. The professional will assist in reviewing financial statements, policies, and procedures to identify potential gaps in compliance, governance, and risk management.

Daily responsibilities include preparing working papers and reports, supporting implementation of risk mitigation strategies, coordinating with client teams,



and ensuring timely delivery of assignments. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, maintaining documentation, and participating in knowledge-sharing within the Risk Advisory team.

Qualifications Candidates should possess a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant status (cleared at least IPCC/Intermediate) with a strong foundation in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.

Candidates should possess skills in risk assessment, internal controls evaluation, and internal audit methodologies.

Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance frameworks relevant to Indian and international environments.

Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools, along with the ability to interpret data and prepare explicit, concise reports.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a collaborative working style for client-facing engagements.

Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.

Relevant experience in consulting, assurance, or risk advisory services will be beneficial; exposure to multi-industry clients is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Sector 2, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment.
