Role & Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate security operations, ensuring all protocols align with organizational policies.
- Stay updated on local, state, and federal laws concerning security and safety, and implement industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure safety and compliance.
- Monitor access points, surveillance systems, and other security equipment for proper functioning.
- Oversee security checks during shift changes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain records of incidents, inspections, training, and security personnel logs.
- Ensure that security policies and procedures are effectively implemented and followed by the security team.
- Coordinate with the EHS team for integration of safety and security protocols, including crisis and emergency management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on security objectives and enhance organizational security posture.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Certification: Physical Security Professional (PSP) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Physical Security Systems and Security Management Practices.
- Solid leadership, monitoring, and coordination skills.
