Role Description The Security QA Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for designing and executing security-focused quality assurance test plans to ensure the platform meets high standards of reliability, data protection, and regulatory compliance. The specialist will review requirements and technical specifications, develop test cases, perform manual and automated security testing, and document defects and vulnerabilities in a clear, structured manner.

Day-to-day activities include collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to validate security controls, participate in code reviews from a QA perspective,



and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and security testing frameworks. The Security QA Specialist will also support internal audits, maintain QA documentation, and help ensure that new features and integrations adhere to security and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills, including test planning, test case development, and defect management.
- Experience with Quality Management practices, including documentation, process improvement, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or analogous regulated environment standards, with the ability to apply structured compliance principles to software and security QA.
- Background in Quality Auditing, including conducting internal audits, preparing audit reports, and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
- Hands-on experience with security testing tools and methodologies (e.g., vulnerability scanning, penetration testing basics, secure SDLC concepts).
- Familiarity with software QA methodologies, API and UI testing, and automation frameworks; experience in SaaS or cloud-based platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
