Job Profile:

The Lead – Security oversees end-to-end security operations of the plant, ensuring protection of personnel, assets, materials, and premises through strict enforcement of security systems and protocols. The role manages gate control, vehicle movement, visitor and contractor monitoring, and incident handling to maintain a secure and compliant environment. Additionally, the role is responsible for training, briefing, and performance monitoring of all security staff to improve vigilance, discipline, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Graduation in any stream with 2 years service in Armed Forces or 10 years in Industrial Security

Functional Competency:

- Graduation in any stream with 2 years service in Armed Forces or 10 years in Industrial Security
- Ability to monitor CCTV, access control and ensure compliance with 24/7 surveillance standards
- Supports drills, fire response, evacuation protocols, and emergency communication.
- Handling external visitors safely.
- Manages entry/exit protocols for employees, visitors, vehicles and material
- Maintains 100% accurate registers, reports, checklists and access logs
- Skilled in identifying, reporting, analysing and preventing security breaches or near misses
- Ensures outsourced guards follow SOPs, deployment plans, and discipline requirements.




- Ensures alignment with EHS standards, statutory requirements, and corporate guidelines.
- Training, briefing, and performance monitoring of all security staff to improve vigilance, discipline, and operational effectiveness.
