Role & responsibilities

- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.

- Prevent unauthorized access and report any suspicious activities immediately.

- Verify visitor identity and maintain visitor records.

- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, accidents, or security breaches.

- Ensure gates, doors, and restricted areas remain secure.

- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.

- Assist in crowd management during university or institutional events.

- Coordinate with the administration and local authorities whenever required.

- Ensure compliance with the organization's safety and security policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum qualification: High School (10th/12th Pass).

- Prior experience as a Security Guard is preferred.

- Physically fit with positive observation and vigilance skills.

- Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response..

- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Candidates with ex-serviceman or security agency experience will be preferred.
