Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster skilled growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Advanced HCM Controls.

Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements related to cloud environments.

Ability to design and implement control configurations that meet organizational risk management standards.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues within Oracle Cloud GRC environments.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into broader IT and business processes.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls.

This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
