Location - Gurgaon

- Monitor security dashboards, SIEM systems (Sentinel), and logs for potential threats or breaches.

- Investigate suspicious activity and coordinate incident response.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of threat intelligence and vulnerability disclosures.

- Analyse scan results, prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk, and document remediation plans.

- Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts to meet SLA timelines.

- Track vulnerability remediation progress and provide regular reports.

- Monitor for unusual user behaviour and potential insider threats

- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) preferred.

- Generate regular reports on security status, vulnerabilities, and patch compliance.

- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

- Investigate and co-ordinate with IR team for security incidents, escalations, and threats

- Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate remediation efforts

- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure system configurations.





- Prepare security reports and documentation for audits.

Requirements:

- 3-7 years of minimum experience.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Cyber Security.

- Candidate having 4+ YOE requires good reporting and dashboarding skills

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to incidents.

- Attention to detail and adherence to process.

- Strong communication skills for coordination across teams.

- Cooperative mindset with willingness to learn and support team members.

- Capable of investigating and helping resolve technical security issues.

- Familiarity with operating systems, networks, and cybersecurity tools.

- Basic understanding of fin-tech compliance standards e.g., ISO27001, SOC2.

- Commitment to developing skills and staying current with security trends.

Education and Certifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field.

- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux server security, network security, and endpoint protection.

- CompTIA Security+, CEH
