apply now We are currently seeking a Security Analysis Advisor - Program Manager to join our team in Bengaluru Karn taka IN-KA India IN Key Responsibilities Program Management Lead the planning execution and delivery of large-scale security operations programs and projects ensuring alignment with organizational security strategy and objectives Project Transitions Manage smooth transitions of recent security tools applications and processes into daily operations working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Stakeholder Management Collaborate effectively with internal teams IT Engineering HR Legal senior leadership customers and external vendors to gather requirements manage expectations and ensure successful outcomes Risk and Issue Management Proactively identify program issues risks and dependencies developing effective mitigation strategies and escalating roadblocks in a timely manner Operational Excellence Drive continuous improvement efforts within security operations leveraging data-driven insights to optimize workflows increase efficiency and enhance overall service performance Audits and Compliance Ensure all security programs are operated in accordance with internal policies industry standards e g ISO 27001 NIST PCI and regulatory requirements preparing documentation and supporting audits Metrics and Reporting Define key performance indicators KPIs and establish tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure program effectiveness and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior management Leadership Mentorship Provide guidance and support to project teams fostering a culture of security awareness and professional development Required Qualifications Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in project and program management with a significant portion focused on technology or cybersecurity-related projects Security Background Demonstrated experience working within security operations with knowledge of security threats vulnerabilities incident response and risk management Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of security concepts including access control vulnerability management network security and cloud security AWS GCP Azure Soft Skills Excellent communication leadership problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications Professional certification such as Project Management Professional PMP or Certified ScrumMaster CSM Relevant security certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus Experience with Agile Scrum and DevSecOps methodologies About
