Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist based in Hisar, with flexibility for some work from home. The SEO Specialist will conduct keyword research, perform on-page optimization, and execute link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings. Daily responsibilities include running SEO audits, analyzing web analytics data, monitoring performance, and preparing reports with actionable insights.

The role involves collaborating with content, design, and PPC teams to align SEO efforts with broader digital marketing goals.



The SEO Specialist is also expected to stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices and apply them to client campaigns.

Qualifications Strong proficiency in keyword research and on-page SEO techniques.

Hands-on experience conducting SEO audits and implementing technical and content-related recommendations.

Ability to plan and execute ethical link-building strategies.

Competence in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to measure and optimize performance.

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.

Good understanding of general digital marketing concepts and how SEO integrates with content and PPC campaigns.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Relevant experience in SEO; a degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
