Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization Specialist role based in Lucknow. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, drive qualified traffic, and enhance online visibility for client websites.

Daily tasks include performing keyword research, conducting technical and content-focused SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, and monitoring performance through analytics tools. The role also involves managing link-building initiatives, collaborating with content and development teams, and preparing regular performance reports and recommendations.



The specialist will stay current with search engine guidelines and industry trends to ensure best practices are applied consistently.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and develop effective keyword targeting strategies.
- Experience conducting detailed SEO Audits to identify technical, content, and structural issues impacting search performance.
- Proficiency in On-Page SEO , including optimization of titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and content structure.
- Hands-on experience with Link Building techniques and off-page optimization strategies that align with search engine guidelines.
- Robust skills in Web Analytics and use of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related SEO platforms.
- Good understanding of search engine algorithms, current SEO trends, and best practices for mobile and local SEO.
- Ability to collaborate with content creators and web developers, with clear communication of SEO requirements.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is preferred.
