Job Title: Software Development Engineer II (Full-Stack)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Software Development Engineer II (Full-Stack) to own features end-to-end — from frontend user experiences to backend APIs and database schemas. You’ll take full responsibility for product slices, collaborate closely with design and product, and help raise the bar for engineering quality across the team.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy both UI and systems work and want meaningful ownership without heavy people-management overhead.

What You’ll Do

- Design and build features across the frontend and backend

- Own complete product slices — UI, API design, and database schemas

- Create polished, user-centric experiences using React, Tailwind CSS, and internal component libraries

- Build and evolve backend services using Node.js and TypeScript

- Design scalable and maintainable APIs and PostgreSQL schemas

- Drive engineering quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation

- Mentor SDE-1 engineers and help shape team best practices and processes

- Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to ship impactful features

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of skilled full-stack engineering experience

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript across both React and Node.js





- Experience designing and maintaining APIs and working with PostgreSQL at scale

- Solid understanding of frontend and backend architecture trade-offs

- Strong product mindset with an eye for UI/UX — you care about what users see and feel, not just what the server returns

- Ownership mentality and a bias toward shipping high-quality work

Nice to Have

- Experience with Next.js, tRPC, or Tailwind CSS

- Familiarity with monorepos, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code

- Experience working in fast-moving product teams or startups
