We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience in leading Agile teams and driving continuous improvement in software development processes. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- Key Responsibilities:Agile Leadership : Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, guiding them through the principles and practices of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Facilitation : Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups , Sprint Planning , Sprint Review , Retrospective , and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Coaching : Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles , ensuring a clear understanding of their roles within the Scrum framework and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business objectives, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Impediment Removal : Identify, track, and resolve impediments and obstacles that could impact the teams progress, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of value.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze team performance using Agile metrics like velocity , burndown charts ,



and cycle time , providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive retrospective discussions and implement action items to enhance team productivity, collaboration, and product quality.
- Agile Transformation : Support the organizations journey towards Agile transformation , helping to establish best practices and providing training to teams across the organization.
- Qualifications:Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in Agile project management , with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master .
- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , Business Administration , or a related field.
- Certifications : Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) , Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) , or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira , Confluence , Azure DevOps , or similar.
- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and address them proactively.
- Leadership : Proven track record of leading and building high-performing teams, promoting a positive and productive team culture.
