Key Skills:

Automation-First, Writes real code in Go/Python (NO manual QA Profiles), Parallelized Regression suites, Load/Stress Testing, CI/CD-Native, WebSocket & Browser-Extension testing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Framework Engineering & Code Development

· Design, build, and maintain scalable, robust automated test frameworks from scratch using Go orPython.

· Write clean, maintainable, and modular production-quality code for API, UI, and performance test suites.

· Develop automated testing solutions for complex architectures, including WebSocket protocol interactions and Browser Extensions.

2. Execution, Parallelization & Performance

· Build and maintain highly optimized parallelized regression suites to run within tight execution windows.

· Design and execute Load, Stress, and Endurance testing strategies to identify performance bottlenecks before release.

· Monitor system resilience, failure modes, and recovery times under peak workloads.

3. CI/CD & Infrastructure Integration

· Seamlessly integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) for continuous testing.

· Manage test infrastructure, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and continuous execution setups.





· Eliminate manual quality checks by enforcing Quality Gates within the build and release pipelines.

4. Technical Collaboration & Quality Advocacy

· Partner closely with Developers, DevOps, and Product Managers to define technical acceptance criteria and test strategies early in the SDLC.

· Perform deep root-cause analysis (RCA) on test failures, performance degradations, and production incidents.

· Review developer code for testability and mentor junior engineers on SDET best practices.

Key Technical Skills & Qualifications

· Core Programming: Solid proficiency in writing real production/automation code in Go (Golang) or Python.

· Automation Mastery: Hands-on experience with API automation, WebSockets, web protocols, and testing Browser Extensions.

· Performance Testing: Proven expertise in Load and Stress testing tools (e.g., k6, Locust, JMeter, or custom Go/Python loaders).

· Parallel Execution: Experience architecting grid/distributed test pipelines for rapid parallel test execution.

· CI/CD Native: Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline creation, containerization (Docker), and test environment orchestration.

· Problem Solving: Exceptional debugging, system analysis, and performance tuning skills.
