- Create and maintain cohesive project plans with critical paths, task dependencies, and major milestones
- Manage project plans and schedules to ensure delivery within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, release planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos
- Facilitate complex project deliveries across multiple teams, geographies, and time zones in an agile setting
- Promote and ensure adherence to agile principles including collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility
