The Scrum

Master will work with the team to facilitate overall coordination, status reporting, and scheduling,



ensuring that project goals and objectives are met through effective Agile practices. The ideal candidate should have a clear understanding of Agile values and the reasoning behind them, as they will be expected to coach the team around these principles.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Backlog grooming sessions.

Liaise with Product Owner and Business Analysts: Ensure completeness and clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.

Guide Self-Organization: Help the team maximize self-organization and improve their standards of work.

Manage Relationships: Communicate effectively with the project sponsor, senior management, and other project contributors.

Improve Transparency: Assist with internal and external communication, radiating information to improve transparency.

Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress or guide the team to find the right personnel to remove impediments.

Drive Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive them from idea to implementation.

Act as a Change Agent: Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.

Skills / Experience

Experience: 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years as a Scrum practitioner on Scrum teams.

Global Teams: Experience working with onshore-offshore model/global teams.

Coaching Skills: Solid coaching and people skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.

Tools: Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development lifecycle models and fundamentals of DevOps/Continuous Delivery Pipeline.

Agile Metrics: Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Scaled Agile: Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaled Agile methodologies.

- Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.Additional Skills: Experience in MS Project is a plus
