Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SCM (Supply Chain Management) Executive to support our Railway Infrastructure Projects in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination, inventory control, and material planning for railway or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute procurement activities for railway project materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and follow up on deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
- Track material consumption and prepare procurement and inventory reports.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules,



and commercial terms with vendors.
- Resolve supply chain issues and ensure uninterrupted project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation of procurement, invoices, GRNs, and vendor records.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Qualification

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management for Railway, Infrastructure, or EPC Projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
