About The Role We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our innovative team in Mumbai, India. This role is pivotal in driving the development of new products tailored for the Indian, Asian, and African markets.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical expertise combined with a keen understanding of consumer insights and market trends. The position involves leading the entire product lifecycle—from conceptualization and idea generation to in-market monitoring—ensuring that each product delivers meaningful value to consumers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, analytics, manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and research & development, to translate consumer needs into innovative product solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, execute, and analyze consumer insights and claims testing to gather actionable data.
- Understand consumer needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies that enhance consumer satisfaction.
- Partner with technologists and R&D; teams to develop, prototype, and refine new products and packaging solutions.
- Capture and communicate key insights and technical findings from research projects, providing clear and concise reports and recommendations.




- Lead technical teams in qualifying new products and packaging, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor market performance post-launch, gather consumer feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
