Key Responsibilities:

- Educational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance for curriculum planning, teaching techniques, and learning assessments.

- School Operations &
- Administration:

Oversee the daily administrative, operational, and facility management functions of the campus.

- Staff Management &

- Development:

Mentor, evaluate, and support teachers and administrative staff to build a high-performing faculty team.

- Student Welfare &

- Discipline:

Maintain a secure, nurturing, and disciplined learning environment for all students.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between management, parents, staff,



students, and educational regulatory bodies/boards.

- Compliance &

- Governance:

Ensure complete adherence to board norms, state education guidelines, and safety standards.

Key Qualifications &

- Skills:

- Education: Master’s degree (M.A./M.Sc.) with a B.Ed. or M.Ed. from a recognized university.

- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in educational leadership (as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Headmaster/Headmistress).

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in modern teaching technologies and educational management software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
