Roles and Responsibility

- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to help students achieve their academic goals.

- Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to improve student well-being and academic performance.

- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and support students who may be struggling.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as time management, study skills, and conflict resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student interactions.

- Participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and development.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in school counseling or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

- Robust organizational and time management skills.

- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and educational system.
