We are hiring a compassionate and qualified School Counsellor to support the academic, social, emotional, and psychological well-being of our students. The ideal candidate will provide individual and group counselling, guide students in their personal and academic development, collaborate with teachers and parents, and contribute to creating a secure, positive, and inclusive school environment. Education/Qualifications Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

Diploma/Certification in Guidance and Counselling is preferred.

Registration with a relevant professional body (where applicable) will be an added advantage.

Experience Minimum of 2 years of relevant counselling experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE/International School or educational institution.

Experience in working with children and adolescents across different age groups.

Skills Strong understanding of child and adolescent psychology,



emotional well-being, and behavioural development.

Ability to provide individual and group counselling for academic, emotional, behavioural, and social concerns.

Knowledge of career guidance, life skills education, and student wellness programmes.

Excellent communication, active listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership.

Proficiency in maintaining counselling records, preparing reports, and documenting interventions.

Familiarity with child protection policies, safeguarding practices, and crisis intervention.
