· Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for analytics and reporting needs
· Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets lenses dashboards and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data driven decision making
· Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements leveraging features such as SAQL Salesforce Analytics Query Language and recipes
· Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources including Salesforce CRM data ERP systems and other third-party applications
· Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions ensuring effective data processing storage and visualization
· Conduct training and provide technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions
· As Salesforce Senior Developer you are responsible for building and further developing the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in terms of automation transparency and security
· Knowledge within Salesforce Flows to improve workflow automation
