The ideal candidate for a Senior Manager in the Supply Chain team shall be, A subject matter expert in application of data science methodologies in one or more areas of supply chain analytics: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Network Design, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, After Market, or Control Tower





Create new creative offerings and lead workstreams in their area of expertise; demonstrate thought leadership which helps the growth of the Practice via new client work and more trained team members.

Support business development and communicate with leaders in client teams to understand business challenges, be the solution architect, design and get buy-in for the analytics solution and serve as delivery lead of one or more Manager-led teams during project execution Job Qualifications Mandatory Skills: Deep experience in creating innovative solutions and delivering projects using data science in at least one of the supply chain functional areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Network Design, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, After Market, or Control Tower

Expertise in use of data science for supply chain planning and operations of any of the major industries: Consumer Goods, Retail, Life sciences, Industrial, and Resources

Expert in creating solutions using one or more data science areas like Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Statistics, Operations Research

Experience in leading work delivered via large project teams across multiple workstreams

Strong skills in presentation of complex concepts and large-scale project work to senior stakeholders

Hands-on programming experience with any of the analytics tools, data bases and visualization tools and platforms (e.g., Python, PySpark, SQL)
