Role Description The SAP Trainer – SD & PP will deliver structured, hands-on training on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Production Planning (PP) modules to learners in an industrial training workplace. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, guiding participants through real-time business scenarios, and assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams to align course content with current industry practices and integrate practical case studies that reflect actual business processes.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore,



requiring consistent presence on campus to support learners, provide mentoring, and ensure high-quality delivery of the SAP curriculum. Qualifications

Strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP PP modules, with the ability to explain end-to-end business processes and configuration.

Demonstrated Training and mentoring skills, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and learner assessment.

Understanding of core Business Process concepts in manufacturing and distribution environments, with the ability to map them to SAP solutions.

Knowledge of Materials Management and its integration with SD and PP for real-time, cross-functional scenarios.

Experience in Consulting or industry implementation projects, preferably involving SAP, to bring practical insights into the classroom.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse learner groups.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; SAP certifications in SD/PP are an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple batches, and adapt training methods to different learning styles. Contact
