Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off Consultant to design and deliver the time and attendance solution on a large-scale SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) transformation. The programme migrates a complex UK public sector payroll and HR estate from legacy SAP ECC / SAP HCM into the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, covering approximately 65,000 employees across 17 payroll areas, multiple public sector pension schemes (LGPS, Teachers, NHS), a significant multiple-employment population, and more than 60 integration interfaces. This is a full-time role (Position Type: Full time) based in Pune.
Experience Level: 5-9 years.
Working Pattern: Offshore delivery with overlap into UK business hours to align with the onshore team. Time and attendance data is a direct upstream dependency for payroll accuracy, so this role sits at the heart of the delivery. The consultant will design and configure Time Tracking and Time Off (Employee Central Time Management) for a diverse public sector workforce including shift workers, term-time-only staff, casual and relief workers, and employees holding multiple concurrent employments, and ensure clean, accurate time results flow into ECP ahead of the parallel payroll runs and go-live.

- Configuration. - Payroll integration.
Design and validate the interface from Time to Employee Central Payroll, mapping time results to the correct wage types, and confirm that absences, premiums and bank holiday pay are reflected correctly in payroll.
- Complex population handling. Design time recording for term-time-only staff, casual and relief workers, and the multiple-employment population, where each employment carries its own work schedule and time profile.
- Testing support. Produce unit test evidence, support system integration testing and UAT, and ensure time-to-payroll scenarios are proven in the parallel payroll runs.
- Cutover and hypercare. Support data migration of time-related data, cutover activities, and hypercare through go-live, resolving defects within agreed service levels.
- Documentation and knowledge transfer. Produce configuration workbooks and knowledge-transfer materials, and support the clients SAP Centre of Excellence team in building in-house capability.
- Onshore-offshore collaboration. Work closely with the onshore UK-based functional, technical and programme leads, maintaining a daily overlap with UK business hours throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off (Employee Central Time Management), including time valuation rules and time type builder.
- Work schedules, holiday calendars, absence and accrual design across a complex, multi-population workforce.
