Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Incentive & Commission Management (ICM) Consultant with 8+ years of SAP expertise to support the design, configuration, enhancement, and production support of SAP ICM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of incentive and commission processes, hands-on SAP configuration experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, and support SAP Incentive & Commission Management (ICM) solutions.
- Design and maintain remuneration type and settlement type determination.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP ICM functional and technical issues.
- Read and debug ABAP code to support issue analysis and collaborate with development teams.
- Integrate SAP ICM with SAP FI/CO and other financial systems.
- Configure and maintain calculation procedures and condition records.




- Work with integration technologies including IDocs, RFCs, OData services, and Web Services.
- Perform functional testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide root cause analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance system performance.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Incentive & Commission Management (ICM) .
- Expertise in remuneration type and settlement type determination.
- Experience in SAP ICM configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and debug ABAP programs.
- Good understanding of SAP FI/CO integration and financial business processes.
- Experience with calculation procedures and condition record maintenance.
- Knowledge of IDocs, RFCs, OData, and Web Services.
- Experience in functional testing, defect management, and production support.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
