Role Description This is a part-time, remote SAP Solution Manager role. The SAP Solution Manager will oversee the planning, configuration, and optimization of SAP Solution Manager functionalities to support application lifecycle management, monitoring, and incident management.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and documenting solution processes, and ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives. The role involves coordinating implementation activities, supporting testing and change management, and providing guidance on best practices for SAP landscapes.



The SAP Solution Manager will also assist with reporting, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

Qualifications

Solid Analytical Skills to assess system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SAP Solution Manager processes.

Consulting experience to understand client business needs, provide recommendations, and translate requirements into SAP solutions.

Project Management skills to plan tasks, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and track progress for SAP-related initiatives.

Sales and Presales capabilities to support solution demonstrations, proposal development, and technical input during client engagements.

Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (e.g., ChaRM, Monitoring, ITSM, Technical Configuration) is highly desirable.

Familiarity with SAP landscapes and integration across modules and systems.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
