Lead Consultant (Development) Job Summary

- Maintain and configure SAP authorizations roles for our SAP landscapes (ECC and S/4)
- Maintain SAP GRC access controls system, including but not limited to Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, MSMP workflow and BRF+.
- Support in operational issues, propose potential solutions and implement them in the system.
- Participate in projects to identify business needs regarding user access and translate these into technical requirements, including verification of the impact and the execution of the change from a security point of view.
- Perform IT SOX testing across IT General controls.
- Document testing results, findings and remediation actions clearly and accurately.
- Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts (ECC and S4)
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA and EAM)
- Experience in SAP GRC Access Control configuration (MSMP, BRF+)




- Basic understanding of SOX regulations and IT Risk management Key Responsibilities
- To design and develop new tools as per the clients requirements and/ customize the existing tools.
- To lead the technical design, ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes.
- To prepare capability presentations| assessments| proposal preparation.
- To coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.
- To support the skilled growth and development of the consulting team members by training, and mentorship.
