Job Summary

GyanSys is seeking experienced SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultants to join our SAP Supply Chain practice. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in SAP S/4HANA environments. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable sales and distribution solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD/OTC solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure and support core SAP SD processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Delivery, Returns, and Credit Management.
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Configure customer master data, sales organizations, distribution channels, divisions, and sales document types.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with MM, FICO, PP, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Conduct system integration testing (SIT),



user acceptance testing (UAT), and support end-user training.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and production support projects.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution while ensuring business continuity.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD implementations
- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications
- Knowledge of Variant Configuration (VC) is an added advantage
- Understanding of EDI, IDocs, and API integrations
- Experience working on global implementation or rollout projects

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience

- Domain Experience: 3–5 Years
- Relevant Experience: 0–8 Years

Preferred Certifications

- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sales
- SAP SD Certification (preferred)
