SAP QM Lead Consultant

Experience: 6+

Location: Visakhapatnam

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP Quality Management (QM) implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.

- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Configure and manage QM processes including Inspection Planning, Inspection Lots, MICs, Quality Notifications, CAPA, Defect Management, and Quality Certificates.

- Drive integration of SAP QM with PP, MM, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.

- Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare activities.

- Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in

SAP QM with S/4HANA implementation experience.

- Expertise in:

- Incoming, In-Process &
- Final Inspection

- Inspection Plans &

- MICs

- Quality Notifications

- Vendor &

- Customer Quality Management

- Defect Management &

- CAPA

- Quality Certificates

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations/conversions.

- Strong integration knowledge with PP, MM, WM/EWM.

- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation and multiple support/rollout projects.
