Position – : SAP PP-QM Senior Consultant

Department – Information Technology

Reporting to – SAP Lead

Base location – Corporate Office

Experience

7-10 Years

Relevant Skills:

- Domain Knowledge of PP/QM.
- Lead at least 3 full lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, configuration, and go-live support.
- Working experience in SAP ECC / SAP S4 HANA / SAP PP/QM.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding junior consultants and leading client workshops.
- Functional and configuration knowledge in PP for Manufacturing processes, including Discrete, Repetitive, and PP-PI (Process Industries)
- Functional and configuration knowledge in QM modules Configure quality planning, inspections (in-process, receiving), results recording, usage decisions, and quality certificates.
- Advanced knowledge of MRP / MRP Live in S/4HANA, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, PPDS and Shop Floor Control,.
- Advanced knowledge of Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers/Resources, Routings/Recipes, Production Versions and process instruction sheet.
- Should have knowledge of MICs, Inspection Plans,



Dynamic Modification Rules, and Batch Management/Derivation, quality notifications.
- Should have good master data management skills including developing and working with data migration tools.
- Knowledge on configuring Production planning & Quality management module –Order type, confirmation parameters, Planning strategy, Inspection type, Notification type Etc.
- Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge
- Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modelling.
- Demonstrate proof of concept & assist in training activities
- Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and recent functionality

Qualification

· Graduate (BCA / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech / BE / B.Sc. in Computers / M.Sc. in Computers
