- Configure and maintain SAP PP and QM modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements and changes.
- Support the full implementation cycle of SAP PP and QM solutions.
- Analyze current production and quality processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users to optimize utilization of SAP PP and QM functionalities.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance metrics to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relevant documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
- Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with IT teams.

- Review and enhance quality processes to comply with industry regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP PP and QM modules.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and control processes.
- Proven experience with quality management systems and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and customization.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.
- Experience in leading SAP implementation projects.
