We are seeking a skilled SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant with strong expertise in managing end-to-end O2C processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales order management, pricing, delivery, and billing, along with handling returns and billing adjustments. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, MM, and other modules.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle including sales orders, pricing, delivery, and billing

Handle returns, credit memos, and debit memos efficiently

Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, MM, and other modules

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

Support testing, issue resolution, and system enhancements

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP OTC / SAP SD processes

Expertise in pricing, billing, and delivery processes

Experience in handling returns and billing adjustments

Knowledge of integration with SAP FI and MM modules

Good problem-solving and communication skills
