Key Responsibilities

· Develop, enhance and maintain SAP Commerce / SAP Hybris applications.

· Work on SAP Commerce features such as product catalog, category structure, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, customer management and order management.

· Customize SAP Commerce extensions, services, facades, controllers, interceptors, validators and business logic as per project requirements.

· Develop and consume REST APIs using SAP Commerce OCC APIs and custom API development.

· Work with Backoffice, SmartEdit, Impex, FlexibleSearch, CronJobs, workflows and business process configurations.

· Support integration of SAP Commerce with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, payment gateways, middleware, third-party systems and external APIs.

· Participate in requirement discussions, technical design, development, unit testing, bug fixing and deployment activities.

· Work on data modelling, item types, relations, attributes and type system customization.

· Support search configuration and tuning using Solr.

· Write clean, maintainable, reusable and well-documented code following SAP Commerce and Java development best practices.

· Troubleshoot production issues, performance issues, integration failures and data inconsistencies.

· Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, QA teams, business analysts, project managers and customer teams.

· Prepare technical documentation, API documentation,



configuration notes and deployment handover documents where required.

Required Skills & Experience

· 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

· Hands-on experience in SAP Commerce / SAP Hybris development.

· Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, collections, exception handling and design patterns.

· Experience with Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot concepts and dependency injection.

· Good understanding of SAP Commerce architecture, extension structure, service layer, facade layer and controller layer.

· Experience with SAP Commerce data modelling, item types, relations and type system customization.

· Hands-on experience with Impex, FlexibleSearch, CronJobs and Backoffice configuration.

· Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs / OCC APIs.

· Good understanding of catalog management, product data, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout and order flows.

· Experience with relational databases and SQL.

· Experience with build and deployment tools such as Maven, Ant, Git, GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket.

· Positive debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.

· Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
