Responsibilities:

- Support various business functions in SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4) and SuccessFactors
- Collaboration with key users or business owners to understand business processes and flows to develop solutions for the business
- System design, project implementation, integrated testing, deployment, documentation, technical support
- Perform system configurations and custom developments
- Involvement in projects to implement current SAP functions, enhance existing functions or upgrade the entire environment
- Close contact and collaboration with application and process owners globally
- 1st and 2nd level support to users focusing but not limited to your region

Your qualifications

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting SAP HCM
- Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering and SAP configuration
- Experience in testing in several HCM modules
- A team-player who can also work independently
- Good communication skills
