Requirements

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Benefits Configuration.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Benefits Administration.

- Experience configuring benefit plans and Open Enrollment.

- Knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, and Savings Plans.

- Experience with PA40 Personnel Actions and Perks Infotypes.

- Hands-on experience working with ABAP teams for custom developments.

- Exposure to OData and Fiori services.

- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production support.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
