Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Benefits Configuration Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Benefits solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP HCM Benefits Administration, Employee Advantages configuration, integration with Payroll, and end-to-end implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain SAP HCM Benefits Administration.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functional solutions.
- Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and life event processing.
- Design and configure:
- Health Plans
- Insurance Plans
- Retirement Plans
- Savings Plans
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- COBRA (if applicable)
- Configure benefit eligibility, plan variants, provider information, and enrollment windows.
- Integrate Benefits with:
- SAP Payroll
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Time Management
- Support Open Enrollment activities.
- Perform Benefits testing including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers for enhancements and interfaces.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and user training.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and test scripts.
