Job Title: SAP HCM Solution Architect

Location: Chennai, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore Employment Type: Fulltime Note:

Work Mode: Hybrid ( 4 days office 1 days remote).

Working hours 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Looking for Immediate joiners to 30 days max.

: Must: 5-7 Implantations, orchestra , Understanding client requirements, who have worked on OMPA, Time. Payroll who have understanding on Technical & functional

Need candidate with Canada payroll experience.

Solution

Architect –identify a lead solution architect who has a solid foundation in SAP HCM Architecture and Integrations who can:

Assume ownership of the solution – driving solution design activities and outputs with supporting technical leads.





Act as the primary point of liaison with other projects in representing the SAP HCM solution and working with their leads to coordinate and align on solution architecture/design for the interactions needed between other projects and SAP HCM

Technical leader for the technical stream

Identify and play a leadership role in identifying and managing solution risks and issues

Support achievement of agreed upon outputs and milestones

Coordinate with the functional leads and identify/support functional analysis needed to support solution design

Support planning and estimation

Act as a member of the core leadership team for all SAP HCM initiative Regards
