Solution Architect
- Solution Architect –identify a lead solution architect who has a solid foundation in SAP HCM Architecture and Integrations who can:
- Assume ownership of the solution – driving solution design activities and outputs with supporting technical leads.
- Act as the primary point of liaison with other projects in representing the SAP HCM solution and working with their leads to coordinate and align on solution architecture/design for the interactions needed between other projects and SAP HCM
- Technical leader for the technical stream
- Identify and play a leadership role in identifying and managing solution risks and issues
- Support achievement of agreed upon outputs and milestones
- Coordinate with the Deloitte functional leads and identify/support functional analysis needed to support solution design
- Support planning and estimation
- Act as a member of the core leadership team for all SAP HCM initiative
