*Key Responsibilities:

SAP FSCM

- Configure and support SAP FSCM modules:
- Credit Management
- Collections Management
- Dispute Management
- Cash Management
- Biller Direct (preferred)
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Support credit risk assessment and customer credit exposure management.
- Participate in FSCM enhancement and transformation projects.

SAP FICO

- Configure and support:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- COPA
- Perform business requirement analysis and functional design.
- Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Integration & Support

- Work closely with SD, MM, Treasury, and other SAP teams for cross-functional integration.
- Analyze and resolve support tickets and production issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support data migration, testing, and cutover activities.

Project Implementation





- Participate in all phases of SAP project lifecycle:
- Requirement Gathering
- Fit-Gap Analysis
- Solution Design
- Configuration
- Unit Testing
- Integration Testing
- UAT Support
- Go-Live & Hypercare

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business users and finance teams.
- Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer.
- Prepare project documentation, process flows, and training materials.

*Mandatory Skills: SAP FSCM FICO, Credit Management, Dispute Management, Cash Management, S4HANA, E2E implementation

*Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 4-7 years of SAP FICO/FSCM consulting experience.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects and support experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations or support projects.
- Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.
- Experience in preparing Functional Specifications and conducting testing activities.

Preferred Skills: SAP FICO, FSCM Certified, Consulting Experience
