Hiring: SAP FICO Consultant – Funds Management (FM)

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Funds Management (FM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP FICO configuration, budgeting, public sector financial processes, and end-to-end SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FICO modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Internal Orders
- Implement and support SAP Funds Management (FM) including:
- Budget Planning
- Budget Control
- Availability Control
- Commitment Management
- Fund Centers
- Commitment Items
- Funds
- Grants Management (preferred)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for technical developments and enhancements.
- Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution,



and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams integrating SAP FI/CO with MM, SD, PS, and FM modules.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide production support.
- Lead client discussions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
- Strong expertise in SAP Funds Management (FM).
- Experience in 2–3 end-to-end SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Solid configuration experience across SAP FI and CO modules.
- Good understanding of budgeting, commitment management, and public sector finance processes.
- Experience in functional documentation, testing, and support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Exposure to SAP Grants Management.
- Knowledge of public sector accounting.
- SAP Certification is an added advantage.
