Role: SAP Fieldglass Expert (No Recruiter Profile Required)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass, preferably in a large-scale enterprise setting.
- In-depth knowledge of VMS, contingent workforce programs, and procurement processes.
- Experience in Fieldglass configuration, workflows, templates, and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with system integrations using APIs or middleware (e.g., SAP CPI).

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Fieldglass Certification.
- Experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of labor law compliance and global contingent workforce regulations.
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
