Dear Candidate, Please find below SAP FICO Consultant (S/4HANA Implementation & Support) Experience: 14+ Years (Relevant in FICO 7+ yrs required In SAP FICO required IN PAN INDIA) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Implementation, Support, Configuration, and Business Process Optimization. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring SAP FICO modules, supporting end-users, resolving production issues, and participating in end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities SAP S/4HANA Implementation - Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects.

- Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
- Prepare Functional Specifications, Business Blueprint documents, and Configuration Documents.
- Configure SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend best practices.
- Support Data Migration activities, including master data and transactional data.
- Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
- Provide post-go-live stabilization support. SAP FICO Support - Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for SAP FICO issues.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
- Monitor recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handle change requests, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution. Configuration & Functional Expertise - Configure and support:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Bank Accounting
- Asset Accounting (AA)




- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- COPA (Profitability Analysis)
- Lockbox and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS)
- Tax Configuration
- Credit Management Integration Knowledge - Work with integrated SAP modules including:
- MM (Materials Management)
- SD (Sales & Distribution)
- PP (Production Planning)
- WM/EWM
- Treasury and Banking
- SuccessFactors (preferred) Documentation - Prepare Functional Specifications (FS).
- Create Configuration Documents.
- Develop Test Scripts and User Manuals.
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions.

Required Skills Functional Skills - Strong knowledge of SAP FICO in SAP S/4HANA workplace.

- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
- Experience in support and enhancement projects.
- Expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling processes.
- Knowledge of New GL, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations.
- Understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and financial compliance requirements.

Technical

Understanding - Ability to work with ABAP developers for:

- Enhancements
- User Exits
- BADI
- Reports
- Interfaces
- Forms Reporting - Experience with:
- SAP Fiori Apps
- Embedded Analytics
- SAP Query
- CDS Views (preferred) Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
- SAP FICO Certification preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience - Minimum 1-2 End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Implementations.

- Experience in AMS/Production Support projects.
- Experience in Global Rollouts and Support Models.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
- Experience working with multinational clients.
