Role : SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview :

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP FI and CO modules for our clients. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other SAP consultants to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the SAP system. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting, cost management, and overall business decision-making, contributing to improved profitability and strategic growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct detailed business process analysis and gather requirements related to finance and controlling for clients.
- Design and configure SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis) modules to meet specific business needs.
- Lead and participate in SAP implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals, ensuring knowledge transfer and system maintainability.
- Provide expert-level support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure smooth business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM,



SD) and external systems, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SAP FICO landscape, recommending and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies, proactively recommending and implementing innovative solutions to improve business processes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and implementing SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Proven ability to configure and implement SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
- Experience in leading and participating in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, in office environment in Navi Mumbai.
- 7 to 15 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting.
