We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our Application Technical Experts team ( ATE ) in Hyderabad.

You will

- Closely collaborate with functional teams in India and Europe to gather new technical requirements, define best solutions and orchestrate the deployment of changes.
- Participate in Proof of Concepts of new tools and SAP Services.
- Brainstorm on problems, proposing new solutions and optimizing the current procedures.

- Within one year you will be offered the prospect to either specialize in the area of Integration and interfaces (SAP Integration Suite, Event Mesh ) or further develop your skills in SAP Development (Restful ABAP, Fiori...)

Main responsibilities: -

- Assess projects timelines, technical requirements,
- identifying pre-requisites and dependencies.
- Review Functional Designs to create Technical Designs, ensuring adherence to standards and requirements.
- Plan the deployment of technical changes, optimizing times and workload. Thereafter, follow-up of each required task and milestone including those depending on third party teams.
- Present weekly progress to different audiences, updating trackers and documentation, including Batch Job Runbooks, Interface repositories, among others.
- Main duties Related to AMS Governance and Service Management




- Monitor AMS team service performance against agreed-upon targets.
- Conduct regular service reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with internal and external service providers.
- Monitor and manage critical incidents and recurrent problems.
- Coordinate with various teams to resolve escalated operational issues.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

About you:

Education

- Graduated from engineering, Computer science, or Digital school or 5 years equivalent degree.
- masters degree

Experience

- 7+ years as proficient developer (true Object Oriented, ABAP Unit, Clean ABAP and good experience in all ABAP RICEFW objects).
- 4+ years working in international projects. Ideally with European colleagues, Minimum 1 or 2 full cycle SAP implementation and AMS project experience
- 1+ years experience in SAP Interfaces setup (ALE IDocs, Webservices, Registered RFCs, SOAP UI and POST Man).
- Proficient user of Microsoft tools (Excel spreadsheets, Power Point presentations, Outlook...)
- Familiar with other IT tools such as SNOW and Jira.
- SAP certifications in Restful ABAP or Integration Suite are a plus.
